Fra le prime aziende del settore a dotarsi di sistemi di progettazione computerizzata (CAD), oggi tridimensionale e CAM, il reparto di stampaggio conta di 25 presse per l’iniezione di materie plastiche, di cui tre a doppia iniezione e due a tripla iniezione. Il reparto di estrusione tubi conta di quattro linee di cui una dedicata alla coestrusione a tre strati del famoso brevetto europeo TU.BON.FLEX . ® Alta robotizzazione ed automazione dedicata sono inoltre presenti in tutti i reparti. La movimentazione interna, che è governata da un sistema a radiofrequenza inaugurato nel 1998, si affida a carrelli elevatori dotati di terminale a bordo dialogante con il sistema informatico aziendale che fornisce loro le coordinate dei prodotti e delle ubicazioni in tempo reale.
